Loudhailer for Safari · iPhone, iPad and Mac
Email us and a human replies — usually within two working days.
Before you email
- No sound after boosting? Some cross-origin players can't be processed by any extension — the popup will say “Protected media — can't boost”.
- Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+? Start playback first, then set the boost. DRM players only expose audio once they have their keys.
- Boost didn't stick? Turn on “Remember this site” in the popup; per-tab levels reset when the tab closes.
- Nothing happens at all? Safari → Settings → Extensions → make sure Loudhailer is enabled and has website access.
Reporting a site that won't boost
Send us the page URL and these details — it helps us reproduce it quickly:
- The site or player name and the exact URL
- What the popup status line says
- Your macOS or iOS version and Safari version
- Whether the audio is DRM-protected (a paid streaming service)
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't issue them directly.
Privacy
The app collects nothing. Details in the privacy policy.
